Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — for example, whether you are signed in — so that the site works correctly and you do not have to log in again every time you load a page.
Cookies are governed in the UK by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR. Under PECR, we need your consent to store any cookie that is not strictly necessary for the service to function.

We do not currently use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and seek your consent before any such cookies are set.
Managing your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page. You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings.
Please note: disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or using the service. Stripe cookies are only set when you make a payment — if you choose “Essential only”, Stripe's fraud detection cookies will not be set, but you will still be able to make payments (Stripe's checkout page operates independently).
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. The relevant controls depend on your browser:
- —Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- —Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- —Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- —Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
Third-party cookies
Stripe, our payment processor, may set cookies when you initiate a payment. Stripe is responsible for those cookies under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not embed third-party advertising, social media buttons, or other tracking widgets that would set cookies from those third parties.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use or the purposes for which we use them, we will update this page and, where required by law, request your consent again. We will always show the date this policy was last updated at the top.
